Capital fits over the 100x100 post - 70mm
Allow 70mm taller when designing your fence line so the capital can fitted to the post there is a rim inside of the capital and the easiest way I found to fit the capital to the post is to run a line of silicon around the end of the post then gently lower the capital over the post and let the silicon set hard, normally takes 3 days. Or you can drill a hole in the side of the capital fixing the capital to the post with a fixing screw.
